when i start my car in the morning or if i dont drive it for a while it makes this really really high pitched noise and it sounds like it is coming from the back of the motor. but it goes off in like a minute or too. I have no idea what this could be. Any help would be awsome

 

like a high pitch zzzzzhhhhh noise sorta? could jsut be ur serpentine belt. some belt dressing should take care of it but keep and eye one it and check to see if u have some black rubbery dust in the area. belt could be on it's way out

 

Sounds like your secondary air pump. Do you notice a drop in rpms in park when the noise goes away? It'll be at about 1200 rpms for a minute or so and then drop down to 800, or whatever is normal for your car. Try and watch for that next time. If your air pump is bad, you'll probably get a code (maybe P0411), but I think the air pump can be noisy without being defective.
