the only problem is any good body shop would be able to get those to go away. And alot of those problems wont happen unless is bigger than a fender bender. So those should be on car fax. I had a big accident in my old car and it would have passed all those test except for the look for the welds under the hood.

 

If you can see the welds then I dont think it was a good job ...
Why i say that is coz thats the first thing a erson would look for
And if road grim and dirt get there after time you wont be able to tell
If you had to bad accident you would be tell from a mile away when you
hang the heads and tools to check ....
But I guess we all look at thinks different what may be good for
might not be good for me

 

If possible, get a friendly mechanic to help you out and take a look- they are really valuable when it comes to deciding if something is worth purchasing.
