Question. If you had my car (98 1.8TQM, Giac, boost gauge), and were given a couple hundered for college graduation, say 750 or so, what would you spend it on?

 

Well since you already got it chipped, which I would say #1, I'd say get some nice wheels.

 

suspension, ecodes, short shifter, audio, etc etc

or just wait, and add cash to it for a bt fund

well assuming your talking about how to spend it other than the car, i say put it into a high yeild CDand enjoy the more money you have after 6 months, that should be enough to get gas until the bush regime subsides( and yes i stand by its bush's propaganda that theres a fuel shortage, we have enough fuel for about another 50 or so years and that us just blowing it, im sure their be water powered cars by then)

 

put it in the bank and buy a house no reason to keep putting money in a depreciating asset like a car imo

 

I agree with the CD suggestions. They say easy come easy go so be careful how you spend it. But if you can't make a decision just paypal it over to me and I'll take care of it for you

 

What's wrong with saving that little bit instead?
