I finally did changed my MTF.
Well, I finally got around to changing it and it was needed.
The fluid wasn't too dark, but there was a small leak at the axle so it was a little low.
After fixing the leak and filling her up with some Redline fluid she shifts like new again.
The car was only serviced at the dealer up to 60k miles, then the rest of the 120k I actually have records for don't have any record of a MTF flush and refill.
Kind of a pointless thread, but the car just shifts so much nicer now.
