ok i have that right now also, what kind of hose did you get? I havent been driving very much in boost because i thought it could be a problem with the turbo

ok i have that right now also, what kind of hose did you get? I havent been driving very much in boost because i thought it could be a problem with the turbo

from what I hear there are two different ways (at least) to fix the dreaded boost buzz, I guess the most common way is with the "no-buzz" T fitting, which can be found at purems.com, the way I fixed it was by buying a silicone hose kit (part # 28906) from autozone for 15$...it was a slight PITA to get the bigger hose through the firewall, but well worth the effort, I will add that I also had to but a different fitting to screw to the back of the guage that had a nipple for the hose...gl!

and no, when your boost guage buzzes, it has nothing to do with a turbo going bad, from what I have read the buzz comes from turbulance in the line, thought to be caused by the standard T
