I got a penny in ma door! HELP!
well this morning i ran to publix and when i got back in the car....I threw my change in the side pocket of the door....well how about that a penny or something has got in there! How do i remove the panel (The red area i shaded)...
in this pic the the thing its behind.....the red circle is a little slit, just big enough for a penny to get through! can i remove the pieace in red, in the lower pic?

those pics are giant. here's a write-up for removing the front panels. it's very easy. the tricky part is getting the door handle inserts out without breaking them.

no, it really is very easy. it's just 5 screws. like i said, the only tricky part is the small oval insert in the door handle. when i had my windows tinted they broke one of them, but the guy showed me right away instead of trying to hide it, and you can't even see it when it's installed, so i let it slide. even if you crack them it's really not a big deal.

i just realized that you have a B6, so you may not have a screw there...the write-up i linked you to above is for the B5..i wouldn't take it to the dealer, unless you've got 100 bucks to drop on getting a coin out of your door. it really isn't too difficult. remove the screws that you can find, and then wiggle the panel slightly to find out where it is still secured.

take it to a stereo shop, they will have much experience with taking the door panels off... prolly do it for 20 bucks -- saves you from breaking stuff, and having rattles in your shiney 2005.
