why do you think it might be a problem?

i'm glad you get such a good warranty....my 02 A4 so far has had a seat motor replaced, new catalytic converter, new radio/cd player, new o2 sensor, new bulbs

 

I have paid for everything out of my own pocket.

 

whats a new tranny or engine cost

 

Engine was 6k, and tranny will be around 1k is i decide to keep it and buy a used one.

I've talked to guys on the zine about doing the 2.8 swap and they said all you need to change is the mounts from the 1.8 tranny to the 2.8 everything else will work and you can find used tranny's all over the place don't give up now

 

so what is all doen to ur car that made it blow...also i thought u did have to get a vr6 clutch
