Yea I'm curious too, I was thinking these transmission were pretty much bullitproof b/c before yesterday I had only heard of 2 blown. Then this week 2 ppl install southbend clutch's and both blew transmissions yesterday...did u get past break in and dump it? I know thats what I'm gonna do, but maybe not now

 

I new these tranny's wern't bullet proof but they are not bad either but if both people had the southbend clutches that might be causing this problem just sounds a little weird

 

Update, i could be in luck, after further examinatin. I looks like the cltuch plate was not bolted down, and slid off, just spinning freely. The noises i heard was the clutch assembly coming apart. Im hoping this is what it is, i havent heard back from the tech yet. Im so hoping it is...
