So in the beginning of the summer I got a speeding ticket and still going to court on the 20th its a hefty one so I will def be paying but I deserved it i guess... N e ways on my way home droppin off a cuz (its midnight) I get pulled over Im like wtf did I do I was driving straight.. He says to me
Copper: "did you turn off your lights back there at the intesection?"
Me:No those are my fogs I can toggle them off and on see (he walks back and sees
me turn them off and on)
Copper: By facial reaction he was a rookie and def was embarrsed but def the type of guy you picked on in fourth grade and has now become a cop to fvck ppls days
Me:" its a great feature allows others to see you better when driving in thick snow or bad weather conditions"
Copper: please roll up your window a little bit
Me: ok
Copper: yep, not aloud to have any tint on front windows in state of cali.
Me: its 20% the legal limit plz check the book
Copper:shines his flashlight again on it and says "nope"
Me:
Copper:goes back to is car and sits there for a fvcking half hour
Mestill in my car) "saying I hate cops"
Copper: comes back gives me a ticket for something I did 3 miles ago after we went through 2 major traffic lights together.
He gets me for not signaling for turning right in a designated right turn lane at 12 in the morning with no other drivers on the road whatsoever and tint
For all you familiar with the clmt area it is where gennesee and balboa cross and I was heading south bound on gennesse turning right as if I was going to PB..

I was really nice and cooperative to the little piggy.. handed him license insurance registration everything checked out.. until he gave me the ticket, I thought it was a sick joke at first tho I had to admit I was waiting for the guys from punk'd to come out..
My biggest concern is getting another ticket before court and them seeing it and being like this guy doesnt care and take my license...
Why must cops some cops insist on being ********?

thats how they are in jersey too.. got pulled over last night at 11pm for speeding and tinted windows when i wasnt even going fast.. but because im a young guy driving a tinted out audi.....

 

I know what you mean and I just don't understand why they are such ******. I've had a couple bad experiences with cops as well and I hate them too.

 

Im fighting it without a doubt hoping that he shows to court so I can make an *** out of this expert eye witness cop.. he traveled next to me 3 miles after I so called "didnt signal"funny thing was he was on the opposite side of the road not even behind me when i didnt signal..ou He also came up to my window talking about my driving without my lights on which is a load of crap because i have ecodes with 65k hids from cq anybody who has those knows what im talking about and how ridicliously bright they are..

 

Aww, come on, not all cops are bad, like I saw these officers one time....

And if he didn't use a tint meter on you car, you can just say he didn't when you fight it. You can't look at tint and guess if it's at the legal limit or over it. Sucks that you got a d*ckhead for a cop and you were even cool about it, but if he's as n00bish as you claim, it should be an easy kill in court. Good luck with that!
