I dont know what your doing with this car but i can almost guaranty it will never see 45 psi. You will still need a redirecting kit saying that this BOV will even work properly with your set-up. I suggest you buy a TT DV for $35 and it will deff. work for you without any hassle. Just my .02

 

that doesn't mean you will be pushing 45 psi, just means it can hold that much

and you wana be cheap and buy this part go ahead. expect thousands in repairs later
