Default I need help on brakes!!!

I have a 2004 A4 3.0 Quattro with esp. Do I need to know anything important or different about changing the front and rear pads and rotors? I going to ceramic pads, and Drilled and slotted rotors, but I just want to know if there is anything out of the ordinary for the process! Thanks so much!!!!!!

The rear pistons need rotated when compressing the piston back in. Other than that, its pretty strait forward. Please take into account that if you get slotted and cross drilled rotors, your removing surface area for the pads to make contact with. Plain rotors is fine for a relatively stock and slightly modded street car, but if you want new rotors, go with either slotted or drilled rotors instead of both. Only go with name brand rotors if you want drilled otherwise you risk cracking between the holes.

Keep in mind that slotted rotors eat pads, and high end ceramic pads have a tendency to squeal. I have crossdrilled/slotted rotors with PBR ceramic pads. They squeal a little but bite way better than OEM.
