Ditto I wanna get one of those vent boos guages with the white numbers to match. It is much nicer then the red. I have driven both version. I mean you gotta love all the "satan guages" and instruments as I call them but the white guages are nicer.

 

ya the bulb on the inside of my boost gauge is white but it came with a red boot to go over the bulb so it would light up red. Everything in the center colum of the dash is red so i thought red would look best. The #'s are white during the day when the lights arent on of course.

 

I actually prefer the red red myself, personal opinion I suppose. What I really did like was in my ex's Beetle, the gauges were blue, now that was pretty cool. I will be fine living with red though!

 

Sooo does anyone know how to change the LEDs?

 

If you pull off the stock faces, as if you were going to replace them, there should be a red film on the back take that off. Im not sure if its on the audis but Ive seen it on other cars alot.

 

Blaupart.com sells LED for the cluster...hell in the B5 Passat that drill holes in the tach and it has the boost gauge right on the OEM face plate...thats sweet
