This may seem like a strange thing to ask, but..

would any of you mind measuring the physical dimensions of your S4 motors? Like length (pulleys to bell housing)/width (header to header)?

I'm sure you can find something online. Google S4 engine demensions or something.

 

Do you have measuring tape laying around? I see you have an S4...got a spare minute?

 

I'll get right on that for you, it should only take me 15hrs to drop the engine.

You can't measure the engine with it in the car!

 

Well I didn't mean like exact..I was thinking like pop the hood, and measure from the approximate edges of the cam housings on each side.
