Default I think I fix her, Nope I was wrong!!!

yea so if anyone as been reading my post about my problem i have been having with the car I think i Fix it and I think i know what was going on.. Fist off I had a small boost leak, dont think it was the problem but at any rate its not there anymore. second i put the new injectors in and lowered the AFPR, now when i hit the gas my presure risses instead of going down. got in the car did a test run, she chirps all 4 tires when she spools, still a little rich need to fool around with the AFPR. now what i think was going on was my fuel pump just couldnt keep up with the demand of 5 bars of presure so it would drop off, so now the thing runs mint, even pull through all the gears and rpm range.. PC-16 here I come...

i dont know what it is doing but i know it was leaning out b4 because i installed a fuel presure gauge and during excelloration the presure would drop off, I installed bigger injectors lowered the Fuel presure and it corrected that problem, but i still have to tweek the AFPR till the car runs better, its a little rich, i get black smoke and it bogs down when you hit the gas

consider blanking the EGR valve, its a pain in the **** with turbos and clogs the system up

what do you mean by blanking, is that the one on the tube that goes from the turbo to the airbox, to be honest I tried cleanig it out with break cleaner when i did the my air box mod right b4 most of my problems started.. if its the same thing we are talking about..

the EGR valve is a failed component and why the hell they leave it in there with newer cars defeats me, probably because its a cash earner with the dealers
