Default I think i know what the problem is....

I had the clutch changed a couple of months ago, and i think the noise im hearing is the bearing this is what another mechanic told me. How much is a bearing im planning to do the work myself in a couple of months, im getting an old Civic so i wont really need te A4 and ill park t for a few months, how much will this cost? Has anyone had this problem before the mechanic told me that its not gonna affect anything its just gonna keep getting louder and louder but i dont know how true this is can anyone help me out. Thanks guys.

I did my rear wheel bearing for $135 CDN but it cost me $200 in total because I need to get the 14mm allen wrench. Make sure you have this tool and order the part from the dealer because it comes with the bolt.
The job is not that hard, but you need a press. Your mechanic is right that it will get louder and louder until the wheel fall off.
I will not wait too long to change it because it caused some other damage such as a new speed sensor if the bearing starts creating to much heat.
