I need some ideas and opinions on what should be my first thing i should do to my audi a4 98 v6. I already have stock tints and a system.and thats it. thanks for all replys

Your car is NA so no chip and DV for you. Well there is a chip but $500 isn't justified by just 10hp. Go with a nice H&R/Bilstein suspension setup and you'll be good. You can also get an intake for from $50-$250 depending on where you buy it. That'll improve the throttle respone and you'll finally let that V6 breath. Just the sound at WOT is worth it. You CAN get a chip, but you'll be spending 500 bucks to get an increase of maybe 10 horsepower. What I would do is get both your rear fogs working first of all. Look up the DIY in the DIY section, it's a great writeup and makes your car stand out a little bit.

 

na is naturally aspirated... meaning no forced induction, no turbo or anything of that sort. you have a 2.8lV6 with no turbo or supercharger and of course no nitrous. The 2.8 is not really meant for performance mods like the 1.8 is, its more of a "quick out of the box" thing. Its meant to be a "baller" vehicle with some nice rims, tint, drop, system, grille, etc.... not so much speed. So for starters I would start off with some nice bilstein sport shocks and some nice neuspeed/hr race springs... it makes the car handle very well...
