Ignition Problem
I'm not sure what's up but here's the issue. This morning I tried starting the car and the starter barely turned over. After a bit of coaxing I got the car to start. I turned the ignition a couple of times before she started. After getting her started, my radio was in safe mode and I had to re-enter the code to get thing on. Also, my windows were a little sliggish but after driving some time they were back to normal. The battery meter showed a full charge after successfully starting the car.
Could this be a battery issue or a starter/ignition issue. When I turned off the car, I restarted it and all was fine. After leaving the car for an hour, I tried it again and the issue reappeared.
Any ideas would be appreciated? Thanks!!!

RE: Ignition Problem
Dead battery. How old is it and when was the last time (if ever) you checked the electrolyte level in it?
Check the electrolyte level and top it up above the plates with distilled water and hook it up to a charger for 24 hours at 2 amps. If you are lucky, you will be able to recharge the battery. After you charge it. check the voltage across the battery with a digital voltmeter. it should be 12.4 Volts. If less, then you need a new battery.
