i called and they said it is compatible withthe stock are box. As for the turbos, they make all kinds of adapters for what turbo your running(including k03&k04). Thats why i think it would be a better chioce. As for numbers, eurotuner got 14whp on a chipped jetta so it must do pretty good.

If you have an upgraded turbo, the 'noticeable gains' will be not only throttle response, but also quite a bit of power. I have the rs and can't wait to get my intake on, bc ppl are dynoing with 20+whp out of them.

Well that's a DSM man... These are Audis. There are MUCH less people seriously tuning these cars, thus, performance parts companies can jack up their prices. Hell, why not.

Everyone is tuning a DSM, take $2,000 and you're into the 12s, easily. Take $2,000 with an Audi... Well... Your car may move slightly faster, and sound nice, that's about it.

If you want to tune an A4, it's going to take money. If you want a cheap car to tune, stick with your DSM.

I love my adui as it sits so I wont be tainting her too much albiet a chip. I loved these cars since I first test drove one, but your right. Id rather take a spirited drive or cruise in my audi and then race my DSM. I am truely hoping that this 1.8t gets me to 200k miles without any serious engine or tranny issues ::knocks on wood::, then Ill look into a newer a4 cause Im officially in love
