hello,

i just installed a new Panasonic deck in my 1997 Audi A4. The factory system is a BOSE system.

i bought all the harness wires for it from a store, and i installed the deck...

problem is that everytime i turn on/off the deck, change the track number, or change from CD to FM or any other mode, it makes a loud popping noise.

could someone help me out here???

 

The only thing that I can think of is to turn off the "beep" when switching tracks or changing volume. If that is off and everything else is working like it should be, then I would return the deck, it is malfunctional.
