Yesterday installed the VVME low beams ... btw, the 1999 headlights only have three bolts, two bolts on the top and one bolt located corner bottom .. thanks for someone advising me to use a 6" 1/4 " extension with a T-30 .. made it really simple to remove the corner bottom bolt .. My first to mods .. HID lows and fogs ..

just warming up ... slight blue tint ..

Nice. Where did you mount the ballasts? Kind of strange though to have HID fogs and halogen headlights, usually its the other way around, becuase it makes sense that way... But whatever you like...

Fixed your links so the pics show in your post.

nice. now you gotta do the mod where the fogs work independently of the headlights

6000k is the lighttemperature of the bulb. That doesnt mean how hot the bulb gets, its a measure of light output, read up on HID/Xeon lights and youll understand.

thanks for the fix .. for some odd reason the pics wont post for me .. i place image in front of the link but to no avail. any way, i purchased 2 vvme kits .. low beams and fogs .. i just installed the fogs first thinking it would be an easier install .. I mounted the ballast on top inside of the bumper and zip tied it to the ballast .. inside is pretty snug and with the zip tie it shouldn't move ...

Yes 6,000k .. btw, these ballast are huge .. i know there are HID slim kits which are the size of razo phones .. might give you more room to place the ballast either for the lows or fogs ..

no. our fod lightsonly turn on when the sidemarkers are on or the headlights. what i was talking about is to be able to turn the fog lights on and off without touching any other lights

yeah thats what i ment. while the head lights are on the fog lights are on with that kit. to turn the fogs off you need to turn the headlights off. maby my car is diff cause i can turn the fogs off seperate.
