Default installing H&R sport springs...question though

2 things:

1) any good articles on sring removal and installation?

2) will trimming my bump stops lower the car a little more? cause any problems?

there's also a diy on www.audidiy.com. If you have the B6 that write up is fine, but the website has model specific write ups. not sure about the bump stops.

I think if you cut the bump stops then when you hit a bump it will probably make noise...would probably lower your car a bit though.
