installing shocks and springs

Default installing shocks and springs

i search the forrum and it seems that most people that got their shocks and springs installed for around 200! i have been getting quoted at around 400-600 by all the shops by me to do this job. any suggestions? i would try to install them with some freinds but i dont no anyone with a spring compressor

rent some spring compressors from Autozone. This is easy.

Yeah. The compressors cost like 40$, renting is less, obviously. For some tools, they only make you leave a deposit to cover the price of the tool, and if you bring it back within two days they give you your whole deposit back.

Don't go to Meineke or something. They can suck a dick. Autosport Werks in Broomfield charges 100$ and they do it in an hour and a half.

It's 25.5" fender to ground in the front, 25.625" in the back.

i got a compressor if ya want one... i forgot to take it back now i'm stuck with it. 50$ down the drain cause i'm sure not going through that HELL again..... my suspension was a B!TCH to do... took 6 hours... from 11pm to 5 am. Think i'm gonna try to sell it for like 30 and call it a 20$ loss.

where do u live? i kinda either planning to do it this weekend or getting them installed professionally money, i just looked at a installation guide and i think it confused me more then it helped me

at least look at your suspension before you give up.
