whos your insurance company then LME, if your fighting with travelers, i tell our policy holders who are having trouble dealing with the insurers of the other party, to pay their own insurance companies deductable and then state farm (in our case) will have the car fixed and subrogate against travelers for the cost of repair and the out-of-pocket cost to you paying back the deductable, the only thing state farm can't get would be a portion of a rental car charges, say if you have like 80% rental coverage you'd be out that 20% for renting a car, but you get paid back for your deductable and since the accident isnt your fault you wont have any points against you. if you need anything else or clarification PM, or email me Graham.Orleans.pcys@statefarm.com, ill help out fellow audier anytime.
