Default Intake for B5 1.8TQ?

Is there any available intake system available for the B5 1.8TQ? The one I've seen by HKS I have been informed will not work for A4's with Quattro. I just don't want to do a DIY job on this, and I want something that looks professional and also helps the car breathe a bit better.

MOst ppl say its not worth it. Unless u are going custom CAI its not gonna do much and ppl say u might veen lose hp form heat soak caus eof the turbo. Best bet would eb to bend a pipe to have the filter in the inner fender.

This could be rumor... but the other day I was talking with my buddy who's got an Evo. And the discussion of getting an aftermarket intake came up. He said its a big NO NO. Reason being... on all turbo cars (?) the way the ECU's are setup actually makes you lose HP. Can anyone verify this???? Where would be the logic behind it??

can't really comment on that but the logic says the more efficiantly the engine can get air in and out the better it will run.

thast not true for all TURBO cars liek WRX are better wit them on but it may very well be with teh Evo. Also does he mean shirt ram or a real CAI? Cause shirt rams i hear dthis b/c of heat soak but if it puts the air filter away from teh trubo like in teh fender well tehn it will help.
