I drove it on the highway with a scantool hooked up and got real time data. On the gasket, that's not bad, that's cheaper than some of the OEM gaskets.

So who's going to be the guinea pig on this?

All other factors remaining constant I'd like to hear some real time figures too. Trailboss, you game?

I talked to ecs today and they said it would decrease the intake manifold temps and it would decrease the intake temps a little but nothing drastic. But yeah im down for some figures. I still find it funny im moding a car i don't have. Im paying for it but don't have it. I gotta go pick it up in austin, TX when i finally can get off work long enough. ECS also gave me this not to helpful but... http://www.newsouthperformance.com/gasket.htm

I love that "proof" (the graph) in the ad.

You can't read it and don't know what it's representing at all.

Hehehe!

Further reason why I'm skeptical. When you have an opportunity to "prove" your point and then you don't or use ambiguous terms and data, then I raise both eyebrows!

Its a dyno chart basicaly what it says is that because the gasket is installed and reducing intake temps it gained ten HP of course theres no way to know if they just turned a fan on...

but never fear Here I hold in my grubby little paw a one NewSouth performance power gasket and I will lay to rest this epic battle of skeptisism and theory!!!! (too dramatic?)

Where did you get a blow up (close-up) of the dyno chart and the data that went with it?
