i like to spend my time at work looking for performace parts for my car and i can't seem to find a performance intake manifold besides dahlbach which is like 2,100 is there any other places that makes such a thing or is going to a aeb intake manifold my only real opition?

 

I'm actually looking for the same thing. From what I've found, we pretty much have to get one custom made or customized. I know Bob from QED was customizing a Ross Machine Racing Manifold for an A4.

 

dialhback sp? makes one. but from what i have herd you dont get much hp from a new one and they are expensive

Update- I e-mailed Bob @ QED. He's looking into doing them in bulk or possibly a group buy.

 

so what type are you going for and pictures would be nice im considering a mod on my system taking into account of the down pipes/cat and silencers but cant decide, Ive already done a small conversation with Gaines of 5hp+

 

Are you talking about exhaust manifold or intake manifold?

 

I'd go for a port and polish of the exhaust manifold first.

that would be sweet if he did a group buy i have seen that one from ross machine but i didn't think it would work since my throttle body is in the middle of the manifold. keep me posted
