And yes with the mbc no more surging, just smoooooooth.

Is it 100% neccesary touse heat shield,I am new to Audi but I never needed a heat shield when throwing a new air filter on any other car,what is so diffrent????(ignorant question,not stupid)

Mainly because the turbohousing sits right below the airbox and the main airspace which an aftermarket filter would use is pretty much all ofthe really hot air trapped above the turbo inbetween the block and the fender.
