I had my car put on a lift and checked and what it ended up being is there is a piece that connects to the cat to hold it in place and it was a little loose, they tightened it and bye bye rattle, sounded so much better

 

the vibrations are your resonators, pull those suckers off and you're good to go. I have magnaflow and mine does the same thing.
