Interior trim help
Hey everyone, I have yet another stupid noob question. I'm going to take my interior trim off (the previous owner dinged the $hit out of the interior trim). I'm wondering how I should go about taking it out. I plan to sand to bare plastic, prime twice, and paint twice with piano black laquer. My interior is grey leatherette and I think the paino black laquer will look so sweet and add some much needed contrast to this monochromatic interior.
Thanks in advance to anyone who helps me get the trim out.
Thanks also to those who give me their opinion on this project. If you're looking for a instantiation of this plan, VW made a custom one off VW Eos (I forgot the name of the particular concept).
Best,
JPF

you need to take the door panels out (iirc 2 screws on top and 1 or 2 under the door handle) and remove the clips from the back. i dont remember exactly how i got my dash ones out but you need to remove the kick panel, glove box, and i think the hvac console
