IPOD Help Needed
Hi all...need some help.
I am about to install an IPOD to my factory Symphony deck but found I will need some special harnesses to be able to pull off the feat. My car: 01 Audi A4 2.8 w/Sports Package
Originally, the car had the Bose system but was swiped out before sale with stock Symphony system. Anyways to make a long story short, I am having problems finding the harnesses myself. I know my Audi dealership has them but they are charging an arm/leg.
Basically, I need 2 adapters...1 that goes into the antenna and then the other which connects directly to IPOD.
As well and instead of ruining the appearance of my dash, I plan on running the wires underneath the carpet and back into middle compartment.
Maybe I'm totally out of whack?...(no jokes please)...but if anyone else has done such work, could you please drop some links/advice?
Many thanks,

Definately greatful for the advice...as I'm going to the route you guys suggested. (IceLink or similar)
The confusion started with a buddy who somehow assumed that I was willing to sacrifice sound quality and hardwire an adapter to the back of the deck's antenna plug. He stated by going this route the quality is better than radio transmitter(x10), and regular radio...but less than CD.
Obviously, he doesn't know me very well and I cannot settle for poor music in my ride.
Thx again-
