its done i blew my turbo
i took it to a dealer and he said ur turbo is shot destroyed done u need a another one i have gaic chip for the KO3 but i think i put the partsfor the BT setup was way to early. money is nothing to me unless it mean getting and spend 2400 bucks for a new engine then thats a problem.
that car was doin fine i drove it for one day bc my other car was in the shop just for three hours then the turbo goes. i had the boost up to 25psi thinking it was just lag. i estimated the power i was puting out was about 265whp and 295tq. i was just being stupid about this dam BT setup now i have to wait until after christmas to get the GTRS Eliminator Hardware Kit and the unitronics tuning kit also
25psi on a ko3.. are you nuts... lol no wounder it went.. its effecive rage ends at 18psi... sorry to burst your bubble but there is no way you were getting that much power to your wheels with you ko3, what did you have a Electronic boost controller and no n75 valve.. dam man your lucky the turbo didnt throw something into your motor and mess everything up...

most likely u were pusing probly very low 200s and since u have injectors with out programing u might have like 250tq but i dont think that either
the k03 with big injector programming is only pushing 229hp/271tq and thats with proper tuning i dont think u can half *** an injector upgrade and get amazing numbers like that unless u are super lucky

Yeah, there's no way you were pushing 265whp. If you have a quattro that would put you at roughly 350 hp at the crank. And(as I've read) the ko3 is only rated toproduce around 200 hp.
If you have a frontrak you would bepushin about 300hp at the crank.

WOW! this thread is garbage for sure. im not at all suprised that your motor didn't blow. why would it. i mean we know you weren't running lean at all, if anything im suprised that your tailpipe wasn't spitting out gas with those injectors.. and 25psi isn't unheard of on a ko3 at all. true it is out of its efficiency range but the original j31 file was actually created by mike hood running a tweaked GIAC file running around 28 psi.. and i don't know where you are estimating all this power but it sounds like a magical free power land that i want to go to!
