Agreed with everyone else, looks like a nice deal. I didn't know the V6s came with leatherette also. I'm not feeling the exhaust though, you should remount it or change the tips.

I would be sorta pissed about the leather... real leather is really nice, leatherette always has that damned dear. I bet its on the outside bolster, were it meets the bottom seat cushion. Pretty much screwed to get it fixed too, because it'll just tear again.
I'd gun for some $$ off, as fixing leather is easy, because you can match it... but fixing leatherette is not.

And your wheels on that car are actually Avus wheels from an Audi S4. Pretty nice, if you ask me.

You have to remember you are buying it off of Ebay. These guys don't like to mess around with the price once it is set. Also, I am guessing that you wouldn't have noticed that it was leatherette instead of leather unless someone told you. There is a difference, but you probably would have assumed it was leather when you went to pick it up. I would be surprised it the guy would give you much if anything for the leatherette. It is probably just an honest mistake.

When you pick it up, just make sure you take her for a test drive before you give them the money.
Since you bid, you are supposed to buy it, but definetely pass it up if it rides or sounds funny during the test drive.

Looks like a good car. I hope it is in as good of condition as it looks from the pictures.
