im not familiar with the build of the milltek exhaust but most aftermarket exhausts are bolt on, meaning that you just unbolt your stock exhaust and bolt in the new one. it sounds a little easier than it can be, get some penetrating lube and spray all the bolts a LOT before you start wrenching, also spray the rubber hangers so they come off easier.
did you get the full exhaust with downpipe or just a downpipe back exhaust? if you got a new downpipe too those bolts are gonna be really tough to break, spray those a lot and let it soak in.

yea, i have a milltek catback, it was really easy to install, if you can have an extra person help it will be alot easier. The hardest part was removing the stock exhaust on my fwd A4, the only way to get it off is to cut it off. The exhaust is a slip joint and trying to allign the exhaust so it slips in can be a bitch. The downpipe on mine was a bitch to remove, the installation was cake though. Just crawl under your car and see where things are and give it an attempt.
