3" is for BT, 2.5" is ideal for a k04. you might be losing backpressure with the 3" exhaust

Thanks for all the answers!
AndNO I don't ignoring all your advices, i read them with full respect. I check back when it's tuned and we'll see if it works or not.
But one thing I don't understand is why is 3" exhaust to large? I'm driving with it now and it works great, much more tq all the on the rev and the turbo spools longer too.
its too much exhaust moving over the wheel and makes it spin too fast and the K04 cant handle that much air flow

there are tons and tons of people VW and Audi running 3" turbobacks on a k03/4 with ZERO problems. You wont reallysee gains/losses with one over the other.

I thought the best was "for a turbo engine" to have as free flow as possible. And so it is..

But you reach a point of diminishing returns for going over 3" and maybe even 2.75" for most people on this forum.

I really don't understand what you mean with "someone must be Euro" but yhea I'm from Sweden
WellI hope the boost stays around 20psi something.

And yes you can make tyres go to heaven with a k04[:-] the fwd makes it even more easy.

I'll post a boost vs rpm log when it's all done..
