chaos and khj, do you guys have the hammer file for the k04? A couple people in zine say it is a lot better then the normal k04 file, you do have to have a FMIC, and bigger injectors for the more aggressive hammer file though.

B5 RS4's come with ko4's and S4's come with ko3's and do RS4 upgrades to ko4s
apparently its not much HP difference, and it will hold power slightly longer but not much..... for the $1000 for k04 and new flash but it towards a FMIC/BT setup All of 200-300rpms, hardly noticable.

hammer is for 01 cars. and actually its the least aggressive out of the 3 b5 k04 files. i would have to go with pc-16 (which is notorious for bad a/f's), and khj677turbo would have to go J-31. which is the most aggressive of the three. they add around 12-20 hp and 30-50 ft lbs of torque overabove what the regular k04 file is at. so you dont get that much more power for another ~600 bucks.
