Hay if you like I will swap you a K03s for a K04-15 then you have no issues at all.

 

So you can basically have the same turbo? The dimensions are almost identical, thus only an increase turbo rating of 15hp.

 

Only thing the ko4 chips do differntly is push the turbo 8-10psi out of its effiency and add more fuel. You could get the same results running a ko3 to 26-28psi and adding a fpr or 310cc injectors and larger maf like these chips do. Its really not that complicated

Im not sure on the names but one file runs a 5bar fpr and ~26psi and some others use massive overkill 380cc injectors and still at 4bar, and another tune uses 310cc injectors. The 5bar or is more than enough and can be tuned easier, even with a vag and lemmiwinks
