Default Largest BT?

How big of a BT have you heard of people using on a A4 with the 1.8?

I am curious.....

some one on vortex has a gt35r on his. That is as big as you can really go for a street car. Boost doesnt come in untill almost 6k.

Tom Ritt put a Holset turbo on his 1.8t, they're the turbos that are meant for like huge turbo diesel engines

I too have seen a GT35R on a 1.8T but the biggest I would go for a street car is a GT30.

GT35R. There's a few guys running them on VW's and Audis. You better build the motor if you go that big.

For stock internals, that biggest I've heard is a T3/4.

Yeah isn't that what Jeff ran? Thats crazy... Thats very risky on stock internals but if your man enough like Jeff it can be done
