Hi. I just bought a 2009 Audi A4 cab. I really like those LED running lights on the newer models. Is there any way to add them aftermarket?

I know there are a lot of aftermarket headlamp options from third parties, but they're mostly kind of junky. Is there something very like the one that Audi itself uses?

Also -- does anyone know if its possible to add the parking sensors or rear camera to this model after market?

There are a few. But it depends if your car is already fitted with xenon headlights. If it is then the one you are looking for will not fit the connectors.
