hi please help!! my s-line audi a4 2009 was just bought up a error on the left front dipping headlight.
the light comes on when the car first comes on then after around 1 minute it turns off and a warning comes up on the computer saying LEFT DIPPEDHEADLIGHT? MAIN BEEM HEADLIGHT.
WHAT IS THE PROBLEM????

*probably* just needs a new bulb. Swap the bulbs and see if the problem follows to the right headlight.

I have a 2004 Audi A4 1.8T. My right front headlight went out. Replaced the bulb but nothing changed. The old bulb seems to be just fine too. Checked all fuses and they are all good. Please help. High beam which comes from a different bulb works just fine.

 

The ballast probably went out
