every setup needs a chip. he wouldn't get the same giac k03 file everyone runs, but he would still get a chip from revo or unitronics or somewhere.

i think your still confused. or maybe i am. i dunno lol

he already took out his k03, and then bolted up the gt30 and exhaust manifold to get the measurements to fabricate the pipes he's makin. notice how there is no cat/tp or anything connected to the turbo

its a gt3071, small mouth.
custom manifold, similar to ATP , 630cc injectors, chip will be burned for supporting mods. No standalone. i perfer to keep all my original diagnostics on the car.
255lph fuel pump. TAIL 38mm wastegate (external of course) no cat, and 3in straight pipe. Ebay front mounted intercooler.... (saving money)

Now for the trans which i know it will only last a few days, lol , the trans will be stock until i can pay off the CC and i can go on a another shopping spree.
Suspension/brakes, stock. lol call me crazy... i hate using brakes!

Ill be working on the car for the next few weeks and hopefully i can get it done soon before the snow starts to pour down.

The passat has a love/hate relationship. Some people like it, some other people dont... its all good.
But i could tell you this.... all you would get to see is its taillights. lol It had a fresh rebuilt, with rods, crank, head work, cams, complete dalhback turbo system. it was tuned by TIM from TJMmotorsports in NH. Nice car.. and pulled pretty good, when i was able to actually grab traction. lol

the paint is primer.. i ran out of money so i wasnt able to finish the body work. But to me it was a very unique car and it grab alot of attention. lol
i put in a scoop in the headlight, because of the turbo sitting so close to the front... and the piping would not make the bend so i decided to cut up the light and also used it to clear the pipe with also additional cooling of the turbo.

is it a tip trans or manual? cuz the manual one will hold up to almost anything. and stock suspension and brakes...that is crazy lol

oh and are your sure an ebay fmic is gona hold up to the gt30?

as for the passat, that paint job is hideous lol i think it woulda looked sweet in all flat black. but i bet that thing hauled ***. and that headlight hole is friggin sweet! cops ever give you **** about it?

its a manual trans... mostly likely.. the stock clutch willl definilty go as soon as the boost comes in. but i just will have to feather it and hope it will hold.

The ebay front mount should hold... it is a well sized intercooler... and i will pressure test it to make sure it holds boost and that there is no leak.

its primer , lol not paint.
it hauled alot of ***... but only when i was able to grab traction. lol
the cops never gave me sh*t for the hole... the headlight worked perfectly.. just the highbeam was dead on that side.
