lol yeah the clutch is gona be toast pretty soon, but that tranny will definitely hold up.

and im still to figure out that primer job. why are only some parts that crazy mix while others are black? i know why you did it on the wide body kit, but that shot from the back left corner looks weird. there's like a square of what the body paint was and then the mixed stuff around it

and how did you do the headlight hole?

all of the primer is where the parts were added. Then blended into the car body.
On the rear tail ... the zender 3 peice wing was also blended to the trunk.

The original color is a dark green. and the primer with the touch of black is the shops signature. lol ahhaha

the headlight scoop... i drilled and cut the back of the light as well as the plastic front of the light. then i used a flexible foil A/C ducting to make the metal scoop and the rear of the light connect ... that way ... no water/moisture will enter the light housing.
I used A/C tape to cover some of the openings as well. It held very well.

wow, ive never actually seen a gt30 in a a4 yet. its freaking huge! (thats what she said)

as far as the passat, im a fan and not a fan at the same time. it would have drove me crazy if it were my car, but sounded like you had nice power in that as well.

i was getting married... and i needed to pay off the CC>
SO what ever the CC totaled out to be.. thats what i sold the car for.
Some 17 year old kid in mississippi (hope i spelled that right) bought it... but he used as a all day driving car... which its okay.. but the car was truely built for weekend riding and tracking.

Last thing i know.. the car didnt last a year... and now its knocking badly and he pretty much blew the motor.

lol

JOHN

its easy to do the light mod... just need a bit of patience!

vtec...

thats one gigantic gt3071r turbo... what exhaust flange is that running.... I am going a similar route but have some extras in the work..
bore to 83 or 83.5mm (1.9-2.0l) somewhere in there
scat rods
wiseco or JE pistons with 20mm wrist pins
balanced cranked and blue printed bottom end with all new bearings and seals
planning on keeping my APR manifold with the t25 housing
custom built gt3071r with the t25 flange, should bolt up similar to how the gt28r fits now
unsure on tune, and fueling

support mods now
southbend stage 3 clutch
3" cat delete exhaust
s4 driveline including 6 speed tranny..

good luck with the build, curious on numbers when you get it completed.

WOW..nice plan...
your ride is going to be bulletproof.

I'm hoping to go also in the same route where i can probably stroke it to a 2.0l.
and really built it up ... My passat was set up for 35psi spike and run constant 30-32psi...
thats eventually wanna run on the audi...
only time will tell.
lol

well good luck buddy... ill keep you updated on my project.. but also keep me updated... u have a good build going on..

thanks,
JOHN
