First suggestion would be to use the search function on the forums.
Second suggestion would be to look at the top of the A4 page for the "sticky" on the different Chip companies.
Third suggestion would be to mod the hell out of that thing and be sure to post pics.

Welcome to the forum.

Get an APR chip, best $300 you can spend. But yeah, search first.

ditto

absolute first thing u should do is giac chip, then carbonio intake, borla or milltek exhaust, and test pipe. from there its all up to how far you wana take the car. wekcome to the forum and post up some pics of the car and keep us updated.

o and ya so you dont get flamed read through the forum and use that search feature. if its not already covered or you cant find it we are here to help, just dont ask the typical noob questions like what chip to get, what kind of BOV to get(no BOV on audi's), and whats the dif between 1.8T and 2.8. Right at the top there are stickies that answer practically every noob question.

for a b5 giac is better. the difference in HP and torque between apr and giac is minimal (tho i think giac is a couple more) but the main reason i say giac is cause you have a lower chance of running into problems. for a b6 its apr and for a b7 its revo.
