BFlan2001, I havn't heard of the fake xenon bulbs lasting any less amount of time than regular bulbs.

 

Ok, I have a 2004 A4 with factory Halogens and just got the complete left and right factory HID headlamps (everything on them). What do I need to install this to my car? Is there a wiring harness that is needed or something along those lines? Thanks in advance...

that is for a B5 2 piece to 1 pice headlight conversion. nothing to do with HID.

 

I hate to admit it, but I fell for that "Xenon" deal. Gotta learn somehow, right? Just goes to show, impulse buys are rarely a good thing. I'm running the Xenon/Halogen combo bulbs. Can't really say if the bulbs themselves are that much brighter beacause I'm running 100 watt bulbs all around instead of the 55's that come stock.
