Hi Guys,

I'm new here. I am in need of help with my DRL aftermarket Fog Light. It's a strip with 8 or so bulbs on it seen here:

eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low prices

I had one before that broke. I ordered another form a different seller, but didn't see the lights constantly flash as decoration. I don't know why people would want this. Anyway, does anyone know electrical to tell me if there is a way to make the lights stop blinking and just stay on all the time? (i.e., cutting a wire, etc.)
