Audi does not specify a change interval for the tranny and diffs, but I'd recommend changing them anyways. For the trans its 75W as well as the diffs (the center diff should be same too). Brake fluid is dot 4+ or dot 4 super, NOTHING else. Use the G12 coolant from audi, don't mix with the regular stuff. I'd recommend either mobil1, amsoil, royal purple for all the oils, that if you can find them. The brake fluid you can get a dealership or here.

Tranny: 75W90 G4 Compatible. Amsoil 75W90 is good.
Rear Differentail: Same as above.
Brake/Clutch: Super DOT 4 or above, stated by audi: dry boiling/wet boiling of standard DOT4 does not meet the requirements.
Coolant: G12 Coolant (its pink) 50/50 mix w/ Distilled water.

This is for a Manual Tranny w/ Quattro.
Auto Tranny:
Replace 75w90 Tranny w/ ATF AE
Also needed:
Differential, Front : 75W90
Transfer Case: 75W90
