yeah i know when it comes to japanese cars, there all about rice. i did not come here baggin on your cars. i was just asking for your guys advice. but the celica had potential of a great circuit car. but thats all there is, without a turbo. but i want to get into the 12s. out the box its a great car. but with the high compression putting on a turbo is a problem especially with a FWD platform. that is why i want to go 4wd turbo. i was looking into audi but damn you guys seem so arrogant. i hope all you guys are not like this because i rather go some place where im welcome. can someone else answer my question about getting into the 12s with a b5 1.8t quattro. someone who at least had there hands on a car rather than pretending they did in a video game.

If you wanted straight forward answers you should have simply asked... "I am considering buying an A4. I would like to get it into the 12 second range. Is this possible and what would I have to do?"

Yeah Audi drivers are probably a little arrogant at times, but this is the least of all the Audi forums. Have a thick skin, as you are the new guy. Dude you wanna get into the 12's. how much dough you looking to spend 5k 6K 7K cuz its gonna take that to get into the 12's. you wanna hit the 12's stock? go buy a R6

thanks justomen. i just got frustrated cuz i felt like i had to defend the car i drive just like you guys do. but yeah thanks for the answer. if i spent the same amount of money on the car i have now i would not be able to get the same gains. Another quick question. how much Wheel hp do i need to break the 13s.

 

For the price it will take you to get into the 13's, why not just buy an S4. You know, the car that is actually meant for performance.

 

The gt-s is not as bad as alot of the imports but it still is an import, dont worry dude you would school alot of the guys here who are talkin bs.
