Hi everyone,

I just test drove a white 2003 A4 1.8T Quattro with sport package and 34k miles on it and loved it.

However, my friend tells me there are things to look out for, especially an engine recall. If anyone can help me out with info on this, or any other things to look for before I move ahead with this, it would be greatly appreciated.

yea the 1.8t has sludge problems but thats just when people are reetarded and dont change the oil at proper intervals. check the dip stick and oil cap for sludge.
