I pay 1200 a year for full coverage, Before my audi I had an explorer and when I got the audi the insurance (through progressive) went way down, they say it's a much safer car...good luck!

I'm in alberta, thankfully not BC...BC insurance in freekin insane, same with the east coast.

 

iā€™m 25, after I had my license suspended for 6 month and year of probation for speeding mostly, i still had to pay $1800-2000 a year, but because my car is insured under my wifeā€™s name (she has no tickets at all) and i was just added to he policy im paying around $1100.

Drop the collision and comprehensive coverage and you should be much better...just make sure if you're in an accident, it's not your fault!

 

Well that sucks im sorry for you, i drive a 02 3.0 and i pay 1200 every 6 months and i have 6 accidents in 5 years. I was mad when i got that bill; any way call and inusrance agent (independent) and get quotes or the nice way to do it is to buy a real POS and have that as your primary car and have the audi as yur "weekend car" multicar discount will save you a ton it did for me, go the junkyard and get a car that will pass emissions, i dont know canadia's laws but im sure it wont be ahrd to do then jsut let the car sit in the drive way and drive it on the real crappy days. If you can do the 2 i bet u can save alot. Let us know how u turn out.

 

for you people in the us, mercury casualty has the cheapeast insurance i've ever seen. check them out. allstate wanted 5k from me, progressive wanted 3500, geico wanted 3300, and i'm paying 1200. That's with a few accidents, a few tickets, etc.

 

i pay 500 a month, 6 grand a year lmao,the audi isfirst car i have ever owned, its in my name, i have aclean driving record, I have full coverage thats y its soo freaking much, im also 21. once i pay the thing off, i will get just liability.
