It does look lowered......

Then again, maybe the shocks are shot and they're sitting at the end of their travel..... would explain the hard ride... <jk>

i wouldn't get staggered wheels if it's a quattro. you can stagger the width but not the height, unless you do what flyinb said. If its a FWD than you have no problems and then def go for it.
