get springs and shocks. Coil overs are not worth the money if you just want looks they are more for people looking for the performance over looks. If you want a low look with some inprovment then go with Neuspeed Sprot springs and Bilstien shocks. If you want to go really low go with Neuspeed Race (2inch front and rear). But this is all on what kind of car? B5/6/7, turbo/2.8 12v/2.8 30v/3.0? There is alot of info needed to really help but I hope that helps so far. By the way wheels will not lower the car 18's with 225/40 is the same outside diameter as your stock wheels (16's with 205/55 i think is stock for non-sport cars).

If you don't understand of need more help just post up some one here will know what to say to help I am sure.

Enjoy,

Well Indy has the right idea with the bilstine shocks. but fore the same amount of money you can get somthing outher than neuspeed.
And C/O's can be priced very high, but HR,Koni,Tein all have sets under 1k may want to look into them.

im lookin to get bilstein struts and shocks, but i want to know whats the difference between the sport springs and the regular? is it the type of ride? does it drop it more than the regular?

http://www.neuspeed.com/products/product_list.asp?app=10|AF&type=2&ltype=ns_euro

If you are talking about Sport vs. Race springs yes the race springs will lower the car more then sport, but if you are talking about sport shocks vs.standard shocks this will not lower the car at all. Shocks are just thereto comfort the blow of the road not to rise or lower the car at all. Springs do the lowering on our cars. Go with sport shocks and the spring of your choice is what I would say.

Hope that helped if not I will try agian.
